About the collection
This collection of works comprises a series of pieces made using Ikea PVC boxes as a base, experimenting with various mixed media approaches that blend collage, ink drawing, and the application of resin. The resin is used both to seal the internal composition and to build subtle layers of depth in some of the pieces.
The pieces are designed and prepared to be either wall-mounted or placed freestanding in a chosen location. The inherent design of the box means that when placed on a flat surface, it naturally presents itself at a stable, slightly tilted angle, which enhances viewing.
